The Good Earth's story began in 2001 in the tiny kitchen of a remodeled 1971 mobile home. It started as a brother and sister organic chemistry project that blossomed into what is now Good Earth Soap. Little did they know the impact that chemistry homework project would have on their lives. It is the foundation of our company.

The Good Earth took root from a very simple beginning. Simplicity, combined with quality, is the key inspiration of the Good Earth. They have since moved on from that tiny kitchen to an old 1900s farmhouse located on the shores of Lake Michigan in Kewaunee, WI. All of their products are thoughtfully created entirely from scratch by the brother and sister team. They do it all, from weighing the ingredients to packaging the orders. Not one step of the process is overlooked.
